SIU was established in 2023 by Ministerial Order No 23-07470/L/MINESUP/SG/DDES/ESUP/SDA/NMB.
Our ambition is to create a tech hub in Central Africa with a globally competitive human capital capable of attracting big tech companies to come and invest in the region.
The university collaborates closely with industry, the public sector and international researchers to create an institutional culture that is characterized by a strong entrepreneurial spirit among students and staff.
